Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics coordination for project materials, ensuring smooth delivery from purchase order issuance to final site handover. The role focuses on shipment coordination, material planning, inventory control, logistics documentation, cost optimisation, and compliance with import/export requirements. Employment Details Industry: Engineering / Project Logistics (Elevators & Escalators) Location: Singapore (East – Kaki Bukit / Techpark Area) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. Salary Range: S$3,300 – S$3,600/month (commensurate with experience) Benefits: AWS (13th Month) + Performance Bonus + Stable Career Opportunity Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end logistics coordination from purchase order issuance to final project site delivery. Coordinate shipments with overseas suppliers, factories, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Ensure timely delivery of materials according to project schedules and installation requirements. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments across multiple project sites in Singapore. Manage inventory control and stock accuracy using ERP systems such as SAP.
