Overview: - Working Location: Pioneer Monthly Base Salary: Up to $3000 + AWS Morning Shift: Mon to Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Saturday: 7:30 a.m. until task completed Sunday : Off Afternoon Shift: Mon to Fri: 3:30 p.m. until task completed Saturday: Off Sunday: 7:30 a.m. until task completed Your Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating daily transportation schedules and driver assignments to ensure efficient operations. Allocate transport jobs to drivers through the PSA Haulier Community System. Monitor delivery progress and update job statuses in a timely manner. Track and manage driver movements using the Matrix Net GPS tracking system. Liaise with drivers to address operational issues and communicate schedule updates. Support documentation processing and transaction management through the PSA Portnet System. Coordinate depot bookings and related activities via the CDAS CMS platform. Requirements: - Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent. At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Traffic Control, Transport Coordination, or Logistics Operations is preferred. Candidates with experience in 3PL, trucking, freight forwarding, or port-related operations are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of prime mover operations and driver scheduling/coordination will be an advantage. Familiarity with PSA Portnet, PSA Haulier Community System, CDAS CMS, and GPS tracking systems is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
