Senior Quantity Surveyor (ACMV Industrial Projects)

📍 Location: Admiralty 💰 Salary: Up to $6,000 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support ACMV industrial projects, with strong involvement in tendering, contract administration, and project costing. Key Responsibilities: Manage full scope of quantity surveying activities for ACMV industrial projects Prepare, evaluate, and manage tenders, including cost estimation and bid analysis Handle contract administration, including review of contract terms and variations Prepare project costing, budgets, and cost control reports Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters Evaluate progress claims, variations, and final accounts Ensure all project costs are monitored and aligned with budget requirements Support procurement and negotiation of subcontract works and materials Maintain proper documentation for all contractual and commercial matters Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in ACMV / M&E / industrial projects Strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and project costing Familiar with construction contracts and variation claims Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of QS software is an advantage Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness 📩 To apply, please click “Apply Now” or send your updated resume to dorothy@recruitlync.com / WhatsApp 8501 7683.
