Lead a Team That Keeps Singapore Moving Safely This role is ideal for experienced lift professionals ready to take on a supervisory and coordination position. You will oversee technicians, ensure safe and reliable lift operations across multiple sites, and support service quality improvements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily lift and escalator maintenance activities Lead technicians to ensure timely response to breakdowns and call-backs Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with BCA and MOM regulations Analyze maintenance KPIs and implement service improvement plans Liaise with clients, managing agents, and contractors on technical matters Support repair, replacement, and modernization opportunities with internal teams Ensure proper manpower planning, resource allocation, and parts usage Guide and mentor technicians to strengthen their technical skills and safety awareness Maintain accurate service documentation and prepare reports for audits Requirements Minimum 10 years of hands-on lift or escalator maintenance experience Prior supervisory experience or experience managing multiple service sites preferred Strong technical knowledge of lift systems, control units, and safety components Valid Class 2B motorcycle license and personal motorbike for site travel Comfortable with site work (heights, shafts, machine rooms) Responsible, safety-conscious, and able t…
