Mechanical Design Engineer

📍 Work Location: Kaki Bukit 🕘 Work Hour: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm 💰 Salary: Basic Up to $ 6,500 based on experience + AWS + Variable Bonus Job Description Design and develop semiconductor components, tooling, and precision parts Create 2D and 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications Support projects from concept development through production implementation Build and test prototypes, analyze results and improve designs Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement teams Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards Provide technical support for existing products and resolve production issues Maintain comprehensive design documentation and project records Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field Minimum 3 years' experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing industry Advanced proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent) Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and semiconductor processes Experience with precision component and tooling design Understanding of Design for Manufacturability and quality standards Email resume to chiewjie@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 87848422 (No calling, thanks!)
