Accountant (Full Set) / $4,000 - $4,500 + Bonus

$4,000 - $4,500 + Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications) Working days: Monday - Friday| 8am - 6:30pm Working location: Ubi Established transportation service provider Stable and growing business Supportive team culture Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities: Manage the company’s finance and administrative functions by organizing and documenting systems, policies, and auditing processes to ensure operational efficiency Handle full sets of company accounts (AP, AR, GL), including monthly accounts submission. Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable) Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Engage with bankers to manage required services and financing arrangements effectively Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to fulfill financial and tax reporting requirements and ensure compliance Coordinate with the company secretary to comply with Companies Act requirements and related government regulations Admin records update and filing Monthly update of loan and creating GIRO transactions Daily update of instalment payments and follow up the overdue loan. Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, ACCA/CPA or equivalent are welcome. Experience in Hire Purchase and Block Discount. 5 years of relevant experience in accountant role. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to leasing.
