About this role
$3,200 - $3,300 Basic (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications) Working days: 5 or 5.5 days per week, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break) Working location: Wisma / Prinsep Fast-growing and dynamic company Career growth opportunities Training and development provided Supportive and friendly team culture Responsibilities: Welcome guests professionally, show them to their seats, and ensure a positive dining experience. Assist guests with menu recommendations and order placement. Process payments and manage online reservations through designated mini-program platforms. Present and introduce food, beverages, desserts, and promotional offerings to guests. Support the smooth running of daily operations, including afternoon tea service, evening beverage service, and dessert preparation. Maintain cleanliness, service quality, and an inviting dining environment. Work closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service and enhance guest satisfaction. Requirements: Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is preferred.
