Up till $2,600 basic + Allowance + Commission (Gross $3,000+) 5 days work week Conveniently located near MRT On the job training provided Call centre environment Our Client, with 16 years experience in collection services, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Call Centre Agent. RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a call centre environment Communicate and explain breakdown of amount payable to customers in detail. Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets on behalf of clients from the Banks, Telcom Support Service Providers and Commercial Clients. Negotiate with customers on repayment amount and payment dates, where applicable. Provide customer service and enhance overall collections efficiency and delinquency rates. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Diploma / ‘A’ / 'O’/ Nitec No experience required Training provided
