Finance Officer (F&B Industry) Up to S$3,000 Basic + Performance Bonus Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Work Location: Commonwealth (F&B Headquarters) Team-based Finance Environment (8-Person Team) Job Summary We are seeking a Finance Officer to support the Accounts Payable and period-end closing functions within a fast-paced F&B environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a structured yet dynamic business setting. Key Responsibilities Handle full Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Support month-end and period-end closing activities. Assist in preparing finance-related reports and schedules. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on accounting matters. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures. Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification. 1 year of experience in accounting or finance preferred. Experience in F&B or multi-outlet business accounting is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Executive role (up to S$3,500, including GL, reconciliations, and full set accounts).
