Personal Assistant to Newbuilding Ship Broker Up to $8,000 basic + variable bonus Location: Vision Exchange Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Occasional weekend work may be required (rare) Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured, high-performance environment Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused Personal Assistant to support a senior newbuilding ship broker. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across multiple ongoing projects, enabling the broker to focus on high-level negotiations and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage emails, calendars, and follow-ups with shipyards, owners, makers, and internal stakeholders Track multiple newbuilding projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met Prepare professional documents, summaries, and comparison tables Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements Serve as a gatekeeper and organiser—prioritising information flow rather than simply relaying messages Requirements Minimum Degree qualification 3 years of experience as a PA in shipping, maritime, or project coordination Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Confident in working with senior stakeholders About the Company We are a dynamic and fast-growing player in the maritime and offshore industry, specialising in newbuilding brokerage and project coordination.
