Project Manager (Architectural PC and GFRC façade systems) Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage site operations and project schedules for smooth execution Monitor project progress to achieve cost, quality, and timeline objectives Attend project kick-off meetings and provide regular progress updates Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities Prepare project reports, work programs, and project-related documentation Manage site staff and subcontractors to ensure work progress is on track Handle budgeting, cost control, and provide effective solutions to site issues Requirements Diploma in Building, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/project management Strong experience in cost control, budgeting, and project execution What We Offer Basic salary up to SGD 8,000 AWS + performance bonus HP allowance provided Additional transport allowance for sites located far from MRT stations Annual leave starts from 14 days (up to 22 days) Supportive work environment with career advancement opportunities Working Hours Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Location 📍 Conveniently located near Bugis MRT If you are a proactive and results-driven Project Manager looking to grow your career in the construction industry, we welcome your application today!
