Production Supervisor (Manufacturing) Lead Production Operations in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment Join a well-established manufacturing company where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Support preventive and corrective maintenance for production and utility equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and coordinate repairs with external vendors when required. Work closely with Production, Quality, and R&D teams on new equipment installation, production improvements, and commissioning. Monitor building facilities including lighting, electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, water supply, and fire protection systems. Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance work is completed safely and on schedule. Perform minor facility repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, and fixture maintenance. Maintain spare parts inventory and support cost-effective maintenance planning. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food safety, and quality standards. Maintain maintenance records, calibration documents, and support regulatory and customer audits. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, productivity, energy efficiency, and factory performance. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, factory, or plant environment. Hands-on experience with factory equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, compressors, mechanical equipment, and utilities. Experience coordinating maintenance vendors and contractors. Familiar with WSH, ISO, or manufacturing quality standards. Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Food Safety Level 1 certification is an advantage (training will be provided if not certified). Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a plus.
