Centre Manager (Educational Centre), $4,000 | Multiple Locations (North / West)

Up till $4,000 + Bonus 5 Days Work Week (Includes Both Weekends) Multiple Locations in North and West Exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Operations Our Client, a coding enrichment centre for children, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Centre Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the centre Share the centre's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students Support customer success initiatives like special programs or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement Maintain customer relationships and build a strong centre community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system Relationship manager for our Kodecoon’s community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field Have prior teaching experience, be it tutoring, or team training Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment OTHER INFORMATION: Location: Bukit Panjang / Lentor / Novena Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 9am - 6pm (Includes both weekends) Salary: Up till $4,000 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
