Service Excellence Adhere to all F&B Department Standards & Protocols Demonstrate proficiency in service techniques and always maintain a professional demeanor Exhibit through knowledge of menu offerings, including preparation methods and confidently make recommendation 2. Operational Support Assist diligently with pre-opening and closing responsibilities to ensure readiness Maintain Proper table setup and cleanliness of service areas. Handle payments accurately and present bills promptly 3. Guest Interaction Welcome and seat members and guests courteously Respond positively to requests and inquiries, ensuring a pleasant dining experience Gather feedback from patrons professionally and relay it to supervisors 4. Problem Solving and Compliance Address issues or concerns promptly and effectively Familiarise yourself with Club regulations, operating procedures and service standards.
