Job Summary We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder to perform precision welding and repair of high-temperature alloy gas turbine components. This role is ideal for candidates with strong welding expertise who enjoy working in a high-quality manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and perform TIG welding on high-temperature alloy components. Carry out repair and restoration of gas turbine components. Perform blending and finishing repairs to meet quality standards. Ensure product quality while meeting production targets and schedules. Maintain equipment and good housekeeping practices. Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and report unsafe conditions. Requirements NITEC in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage. Min 3 years of TIG welding or related experience. Experience welding high-temperature alloys is preferred. Able to work rotating day and night shifts.
