Drafter (Construction/Stone & Tile Projects) SGD 4,500 basic + Performance Bonus 5-Day Work Week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm Location: Sungei Kadut Loop, Singapore Requirements Diploma/Degree in Building Construction, Architecture, or related discipline 3–5 years of drafting experience within the construction industry Experience in stone and tile shop drawings and cutting lists Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office applications Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, as-built drawings, and quantity take-offs Support project teams with engineering documentation and project administration Coordinate and update technical drawings in accordance with project requirements Ensure drafting accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of drawings Assist with ad-hoc drafting assignments and project coordination tasks as required
