Sales Coordinator (Offshore & Marine) Up to S$3,000 Basic + Variable Bonus Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Work Location: 11 Pandan Road, Singapore 609259 (Company Transport from Clementi MRT) Company Overview A leading offshore and marine equipment supplier specializing in rigging, lifting solutions, and industrial consumables for the oil & gas and maritime industries. The company supports global customers with reliable technical products, strong logistics capability, and responsive customer service. Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and commercial operations team by managing enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments and customers. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced offshore and marine environment. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer enquiries and technical queries for offshore products such as rigging and consumables. Prepare accurate and timely technical and commercial quotations. Manage end-to-end sales order processing from PO receipt to invoicing and delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, warehouse, service, and procurement) to ensure product and documentation requirements are met. Liaise with freight forwarders for import/export shipping documentation and logistics arrangements. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support the sales team. Update and maintain customer and sales records in ERP and filing systems. Assist the Accounts Department with payment follow-ups when required. Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service/Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator Experience in offshore, oil & gas, marine, or maritime industries Familiarity with offshore equipment (rigging, lifting, consumables) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage. Good understanding of logistics, shipping terms (Incoterms), and documentation processes.
