Special Process (Thermal Spray) We are part of a leading aerospace and industrial engineering environment specialising in advanced component repair and surface engineering solutions. Our focus is on high-precision thermal spray technologies used in gas turbine and aero-derivative engine maintenance. S$3,500 + AWS (1 month) + Variable Bonus (up to 2.5 months) Transport provided for convenience Attractive night shift allowance of $14 per night Annual Flexible Benefits of $500 Pioneer, Singapore Rotating shift (every 2 weeks): 7:30AM – 7:30PM (Day Shift) 7:30PM – 7:30AM (Night Shift) Work pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off Job Responsibilities As a Special Process (Thermal Spray) Technician, you will be responsible for performing precision coating and surface treatment processes for high-performance engine components. Performing thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repair Carrying out blasting, polishing, heat treatment, and other related surface preparation processes Following work instructions to ensure accurate and consistent task execution Maintaining product quality, equipment care, and production output targets Ensuring proper housekeeping and adherence to production schedules Complying strictly with all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) regulations Reporting any unsafe conditions or practices immediately Supporting other duties as assigned Requirements 3 years of working experience in Thermal Spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repair Able and willing to work rotating shifts (day and night) Join Our Team If you are hands-on, safety-conscious, and looking to build a career in advanced aerospace component repair, we welcome your application.
