Architectural Coordinator (Structural Drawings) Salary: Up to $5,000 basic salary + variable bonus. Working Location: Tagore Lane, S787502 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (depending on roster and work requirements) 5.5-day work week arrangement. Must be comfortable with both 5.5-day and 6-day work arrangements. Job Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer in planning and executing structural and architectural works. Lead site coordination activities with various trades and ensure smooth project progress. Liaise with Resident Technical Officers (RTO) for inspections and approvals. Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submissions, and Method of Statement (MOS). Review and verify shop drawings submitted by subcontractors. Ensure construction works are carried out according to contract requirements, specifications, and approved drawings. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and relevant parties. Manage procurement and monitor architectural-related materials. Conduct inspections, trade demonstrations, material testing, and mock-up evaluations. Ensure compliance with TOP checklist requirements and Architectural Regulatory Inspections (RI). Attend subcontractor coordination meetings. Support contract administration and other site operational and project management activities. Perform any other duties assigned by management or immediate supervisor. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification. 3 years of experience in building and construction works. Able to read and interpret structural drawings. Experience in architectural coordination, submissions, and construction processes will be advantageous.
