What You'll Be Doing Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of HDB BTO construction projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and operational costs. Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Oversee daily site operations and provide leadership to project and construction teams. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and ISO documentation requirements. Manage authority submissions, approvals, and project documentation. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Monitor project quality, progress, and resolve technical or operational issues promptly. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. Utilize knowledge of the HDB system for raw material (concrete) drawings and coordination. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering . Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the building construction industry. Proven experience managing HDB BTO projects is essential. Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, authority submissions, and construction regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
