Manager (Billing, Healthcare, Simei)

Support the Head / Senior Manager in overseeing daily Community Hospital Business Office operations, including patient billing, charging, collections, subsidies, financial counselling, and revenue processes Ensure accurate and timely billing, claims processing, account reconciliation, follow-up of accounts, and ILTC billing operations Support workflow improvements, digitalisation, internal controls, system enhancements, and CHCS/system implementation initiatives Supervise and guide Business Office staff to support smooth daily operations and service delivery Requirements: Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline Must have relevant experience in billing and operations management in hospital or healthcare institutions Good understanding of healthcare billing, patient charging, subsidies, and ILTC operations Some experience in healthcare systems implementation or transformation projects preferred Please click here to apply or email your updated resume to siewhua@recruitco.com.sg (Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.)
