✔ Up to $3200 basic ✔ Housing Defects Checking ✔ Mon-Fri (office hrs) Job Information Contract Period: 1 year (can convert / renew) Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am- 5.30pm (may need to OT) Salary: Up to $3200 + bonuses Job Descriptions Attend to defects calls and checks at new housing estate Supervise contractor works for defects rectification Attend to joint inspections with various stakeholders such as residents, contractors, IDs etc Submit request for approvals after attending to joint inspections Administer contractor works order, completion certificate etc. Any other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering (must have) Open to be rostered for weekend and night works (OT paid) Candidates without prior work experience but relevant studies are welcomed to apply *To apply, send your CV/Resume to josephyap[at]recruitfirst.com.sg with reason(s) for leaving past employments, last drawn and expected salary.
