Facilities Technician - ACMV / Chiller (Up To $4K + 3 Mth Bonus, West / Central)

Job Details Working Hours: 8am to 8pm OR 8pm to 8am Shift Pattern: 4 day shifts, 4 off days, 4 night shift, 4 off days Salary: Up to $4000 (basic) + Night Shift $50/night + 3 mth bonus Location: Ang Mo Kio Job Scope Assist in the execution of Plants' Operations & Maintenance works Attend daily toolbox and work meeting conducted by Engineer and Supervisor. Plan, schedule, execute and supervise contractors on the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting, as assigned Carry out daily walk-through plant inspection. Upkeep maintenance records, work area and tools Assist the Engineers in the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts Promptly investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies, and abnormalities May be assigned to support district cooling works at other project locations after necessary trainings and to work independently where required (e.g. 1 staff per shift) Any assignment/activity/work tasked by the management. Requirements Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration from a recognized educational institute Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV / Chillers Able to perform normal and/or shift duties – 12- hour shift or other shift pattern as per project requirement *To apply, apply with your CV/Resume with reason(s) for leaving past employments, last drawn and expected salary.
