· Lead and coordinatetender exercises for building projects, including quantity take-offs, pricingstrategies, and submission preparation. · Supervise and mentorQuantity Surveyors across various levels, fostering team development andperformance. · Manage project-relatedQS functions such as budgeting, cost monitoring, variation orders, and claimsadministration.
