Key Account Specialist (Automation Solutions) - East, Mnc (No Experience Required, Training Provided)

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Automation Solutions industry. They are looking for a Key Account Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East – easily accessible. Responsibilities: Establish strong connections with potential/existing customers to comprehend their service needs, providing/ensuring effective customer service Provide comprehensive information about the company’s products and services, addressing any enquiries promptly Expand the company’s existing customer base, and maintain the current key accounts by identify potential opportunities Collaborate with the company’s engineers and technical professionals to prepare/maintain accurate costing plans and customer documentation Ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating cost-effective solutions and operational enhancements Provide technical training and guidance to the various customers, enhancing their product knowledge Formulate detailed sales engineering reports by collating/analyzing the various sales data Contribute to the collective team effort by achieving specified objectives and targets as required All other adhoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in a relevant field of Engineering (Relevant working experience can be considered as well) Minimum 1 year of relevant Key Account sales experience Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
