Pre-Sales Engineer (Conveying Solutions)

Our client is a one of the leading players in the Industrial Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Application Engineer to be part of their Sales team to support their business needs. They are located in the East - easily accessible. Job Responsibilities of Application Engineer: Evaluate technical requirements of sales opportunities and recommend suitable product solutions Advise customers on product selection for standard and specialized applications Review customer specifications to assess feasibility and solution fit Prepare and support technical proposals for standard, modified, or custom solutions Provide product training and technical presentations to customers Offer on-site support including product selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting Handle and resolve technical complaints effectively Support marketing activities such as trade shows, promotions, and technical content development Gather customer feedback to support product improvements and new product development Assist in product launches and product line optimization initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate projects and ensure clear communication across teams Apply structured problem-solving and process management tools Requirement Degree in engineering field 5-10 years of application engineer experience in industrial manufacturing sector Comfortable with overseas travelling Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
