Key Account Manager (Personal Care)

Our client is a Germany MNC . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Key Account Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible. Responsibilities: Drive overall sales performance by achieving sales targets while ensuring budget control and profitability Partner closely with retailers and distributors to formulate and implement long-term business growth strategies Plan and execute effective sales and trade marketing initiatives Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align trade and above-the-line activities with business objectives Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing structures, and trading terms Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of sales and marketing campaigns Prepare and monitor sales forecasts to support market demand planning Oversee demand planning and inventory movement to ensure smooth operations Prepare monthly sales reports and provide insights on sales performance Identify business opportunities and gaps to drive continuous growth Requirements: 5 years of relevant sales experience Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industry is bonus Experience working with distributors/modern trade channels Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
