Project Engineer (Onsite / Office)

Job Summary: The Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of various projects at RED Offshore This role requires a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who possesses not only standard project management skills but also the capability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project constraints and obstacles. Foster and maintain clear and effective communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide regular project updates and ensure alignment with project objectives. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project's unique requirements and deadlines are met. Conduct regular project status meetings and generate progress reports for senior management and clients. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in project management. Qualifications: Relevant practical experience. Proven experience in project engineering or related roles within the [Marine / Oil & Gas]. Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical and non-technical information to various audiences. (Mandarin and English) Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced and changing work environments. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure. Team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
