Sales Ambassador

Redwoods Advance is seeking motivated individuals to join us as Sales Ambassadors . This role is specifically designed for individuals who thrive in face-to-face environments and are eager to master the art of professional sales and brand advocacy. Under our structured 6-month development plan, you will transition from foundational sales techniques to leadership, supported by dedicated mentorship and a clear progression path. Key Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes During this attachment, you will be trained to: Represent diverse campaigns at islandwide roadshows and events. Engage the public, handle simple enquiries, and build immediate rapport. Conduct professional product / service presentations and assist customers with sign-ups and applications. Manage booth logistics and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless event execution. Assist in coaching new trainees (in later stages) to develop your supervisory and mentorship capabilities. What We Are Looking For A positive, "can-do" attitude with a hunger for personal and professional growth. Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel to various event locations islandwide. No prior sales experience is required—the Development Plan is designed to train you from the ground up.
