Creative AI Pipeline Lead / AI Creative Technologist

THE ROLE We are looking for a Creative AI Pipeline Lead / AI Creative Technologist to shape and supervise the creative use of generative AI across film, television and digital production workflows. The role will define visual standards, creative prompting methods, reference-conditioning approaches and quality criteria for AI-assisted outputs, including character and casting references, locations, storyboards, visual development assets and production references. WHAT YOU'LL DO Define creative methodologies and quality standards for AI-assisted visual workflows. Translate directorial and production requirements into clear creative specifications and acceptance criteria. Test and evaluate generative AI tools, models and workflows. Review outputs for visual consistency, character continuity, composition, style and production relevance. Curate creative reference datasets and document repeatable workflows. Train internal users on the responsible and effective use of AI-generated materials. Work closely with product, engineering and production teams to ensure creative requirements are implemented effectively. Refine workflows based on feedback from live productions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in generative AI, creative technology, visual development, VFX, animation, virtual production, production design or a related field. Strong hands-on experience with generative AI image and visual-development tools. Strong visual judgement and understanding of reference-based generation, character consistency and iterative refinement. Ability to translate creative direction into structured, repeatable workflows. Good communication, documentation and training skills. Understanding of copyright, confidentiality, data provenance and responsible AI use. NICE TO HAVE Experience in film, television, advertising, animation, games or virtual production is preferred. This is a Singapore-based role working closely with creative, production, product and engineering teams.
