Job Summary The Creative Director (Advertising) leads integrated campaign ideas from inception to execution, shaping visual storytelling and guiding design teams to deliver impactful creative outcomes in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. Responsibilities Lead conceptual development and art direction for creative solutions across integrated campaigns, events, activations, and brand experiences to achieve impactful outcomes Manage projects from ideation through final delivery, ensuring creative integrity and alignment with client briefs Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling visual and conceptual directions across multiple mediums to meet project goals Collaborate closely with Creative Leadership, Production, Film & Broadcast, Technical, and Account teams to deliver unified creative outcomes Ensure all creative outputs comply with briefs, brand standards, and technical, spatial, and experiential requirements Mentor and support designers and creative team members to enhance their skills and improve execution quality Champion creative thinking agency-wide to elevate standards and contribute to pitch work and new business opportunities through conceptual storytelling Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to clients and senior stakeholders, building strong internal and external relationships Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach under pressure Stay actively engaged with cultural, technological, and design trends to inform and evolve the agency’s creative output Preferred competencies and qualifications 7+ years’ experience in creative, design, or art direction roles within an agency or integrated production environment Proven experience leading creative concepts from ideation to execution across multiple channels including events, branding, digital, campaigns, and experiential A strong portfolio demonstrating deep conceptual thinking, visual execution, and integrated creative work Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in design, creative direction, or a related discipline Core Competencies & Key Traits Strong visual design and storytelling skills with deep understanding of composition, layout, brand systems, and multi-channel creative delivery Confident presenter able to articulate and sell creative ideas clearly, adapting communication styles across diverse stakeholders Highly conceptual thinker able to turn strategy into compelling direction while balancing creativity with commercial realities Collaborative, ego-free leadership style focused on developing junior and mid-level talent Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure; comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity, and shifting priorities
