Building Supervisor

1- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site activities. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts. 2- Safety Oversight: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and ensure all team members follow proper procedures. 3- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with building codes and project specifications. 4- Logistics & Resources: Manage the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure everything is available and in working order. 5- Attending all meetings, training, and in-services as required, and being receptive to professional and personal development 6- Planning and conducting a preventive maintenance program; training new employees; maintaining adequate levels of janitorial and maintenance supplies; as well as keeping records and preparing reports Requirements: 5-8 years of relevant experience in supervisor Diploma / degree preferred Flexibility to answer to a range of work situations Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Considerable knowledge of the occupational hazards and desirable safety precautions of the work Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and department officials Ability to delegate tasks and supervise the performance of others. Experience in the construction industry required. Experience in a leadership role recommended. Valid driving license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
