Construction Supervisor

KeyResponsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities, including site operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project progress. Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule. Assign tasks and oversee workers and subcontractors. Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or non-compliance. Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and suppliers. Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance where necessary. Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, and site documentation. Attend site meetings and communicate project updates. Ensure compliance with local building regulations and company procedures. Job Requirements · 3–5years of experience in construction site supervision · Diploma, Higher NITEC, or Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field. · Relevant certifications are an advantage. · Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and industry practices. · Experience working with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors. · Familiarity with the requirements of the relevant authorities and construction standards.
