Building Construction Supervisor

Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems. Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical systems, plumbing & sanitary, ACMV, fire protection systems, and other building systems. Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Diagnostic testing and inspection of the air-conditioning system To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers. Responsible for monitoring fire alarm activation, gas alarm activation, and water leak detection within the mall and Office premises. Carries out scheduled maintenance examinations and fixes, cleans, and aligns diverse systems to guarantee appropriate system operations. Able to speak English and communicate with the supervisor. Knowledge of fire drill testing and fire alarm testing for the civil defense policy. Able to work rotating shifts. Able to work overtime. Able to work weekends. Checking and responding to security and safety issues Ensure that safety, health, and environmental rules, regulations, and practices are followed by workers.
