Project Engineer (Building)

Renowed Building Contractor South Excellent Employee-Centric Environment Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Project Engineer RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and manage daily on-site activities to ensure project timelines are met. Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance with industry codes and standards. Coordinate with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical expertise to resolve construction challenges efficiently. Monitor budgets, resources, and materials to optimize cost-effectiveness. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols. Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation to management. Assist in quality control, ensuring materials and workmanship adhere to project specifications. REQUIREMENTS: Degree: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering , or a related field. Minimum 3years of project engineering experience in the construction industry, preferably with LTA (Land Transport Authority) project experience . Managing large-scale construction projects and overseeing on-site operations. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, MS Project . In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations. Knowledge of structural and civil engineering design principles. Familiarity with engineering software like AutoCAD, Revit , and other relevant tools.
