Outdoor Sales Executive

We’re looking for someone outgoing, street-smart, and great with people to join our team. At Renologist, we design and build homes across HDB, condominium, and landed properties. In this role, you’ll work closely with property agents and referral partners to generate quality leads and drive project conversions. If you enjoy being on the ground, meeting people, and turning conversations into opportunities — this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents & referral partners • Actively source and generate qualified renovation leads • Attend viewings, coffee meet-ups, and networking sessions • Follow up on leads and coordinate closely with our interior designers • Represent the brand confidently and professionally in all interactions • Initiate engagement touchpoints (e.g. simple events, appreciation gestures) to encourage word-of-mouth • Work with the marketing team on referral programs, campaigns, and partnerships • Collaborate with vendors or partners for co-marketing opportunities • Track lead sources, referral performance, and provide insights on conversion rates What We’re Looking For • Fluent in English and Chinese (to liaise with a wider range of clients & agents) • Outgoing, extroverted, and confident communicator • Enjoys networking and building genuine relationships • Self-driven and comfortable working outdoors independently • Strong follow-up, discipline, and sense of responsibility • Own vehicle is a plus
