Quantity Surveyor (Landed Rebuild)

Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities and tender documents. Perform quantity take-offs, measurements and cost analysis. Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Handle progress claims, variation orders, payment responses and final accounts. Review subcontractor claims and monitor project costs and cash flow. Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measurements. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Maintain accurate contract, claim and cost documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction or Project Management, Building, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of QS experience in Singapore’s construction industry. Experience in landed residential rebuild, A&A or landed construction projects is required. Familiar with the costing of demolition, structural, architectural, M&E and finishing works. Able to interpret construction drawings and understand local construction practices. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity take-off or costing software. Strong numerical, negotiation and communication skills. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams. Good written and spoken English and Mandarin. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM. Half-day weekend work maybe required for urgent project matters.
