Customer Service Coordinator

Description Communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Ops and Sales department across all teams Ensure that schedule is accurately updated on a daily basis Weigh and plan the best possible route for technicians to maximize productivity Coordinate and support the arrangement for all service visits To identify, feedback and rectify any clashes on time promptly Monitor the daily service done and escalate the scheduling issues to supervisor and line managers To retrieve requests by clients and/or remarks by the technicians recorded during the visit and convey to the relevant department To raise credit and debit note request when required with approval. To facilitate technicians’ work by housekeeping system’s data such as location sequence and special instructions. Handling inbound call from and outbound call to clients when necessary. Other administrative jobs. Requirements Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Administration a must Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must Service-oriented and able to work under pressure Ability to coordinate and plan routes is a must Benefits 5 day work week (8.30am to 5.45pm) Work Location: 16 Jalan Mesin (Closest MRT: Tai Seng) Training provided 16 days of annual leave AWS Medical and Dental benefits, along with insurance coverage to our employees
