Project Executive/ Manager (Digital/ AI Solution)

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and execute digital projects across our global teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for AI-powered digital human deployments, including interactive kiosks and application-based solutions Coordinate cross-functional teams across the region to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources in a lean team environment Oversee integration efforts, including APIs and third-party systems Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Proactively identify challenges and implement resourceful solutions in a dynamic setting Support business operations and contribute beyond core responsibilities when needed Requirements Proven experience in digital project management, preferably in interactive kiosks, experiential tech, or software application development Strong understanding of technical concepts, including API integrations and system workflows Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, “get things done” attitude Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global startup environment Willingness to travel as required Preferred Qualifications Experience working w…
