Project Manager (HR & Payroll Operations)

Job Description Lead and manage the outsourced HR & Finance operations for the client. Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the operations team. Supervise HR and Finance personnel to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor service delivery, KPIs, and Service Level Standards (SLS). Prepare monthly operational and performance reports. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Manage manpower planning, deployment, and replacement. Oversee transition, business continuity, and contract exit activities. Ensure compliance with Government policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements. Resolve operational issues and implement continuous process improvements. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience managing HR and Payroll operations. Experience leading outsourced service teams is preferred. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Workday and payroll systems is an advantage.
