Network Engineer

Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for network equipment. Install and configure network switches and wireless access points. Coordinate with cabling contractors for passive cabling support and post-installation inspection Provide second-tier response, issue analysis, and resolution planning for network-related incidents. Resolve incident tickets and support approved change requests as part of daily network operations. Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning on network infrastructure. Initiate and follow up on critical technical support requirements with external vendors. Maintain network documentation using the designated infrastructure documentation tools. Manage network asset information using the designated configuration or asset database tools. Liaise with internal IT teams on projects and ongoing network support requirements. Support regional network operations and setup activities where required.
