Director Global Safety Standards (Supply Chain)

This role is responsible for defining, deploying, and sustaining the enterprise's Global Safety Standards and Safety Management System across the entire Global Supply Chain. Key accountabilities include designing the global safety operating system, leading large-scale deployment of standards into consistent behaviors, and establishing executive visibility and accountability for safety performance. Candidates must possess deep EHS/safety systems expertise specifically within manufacturing and logistics environments, coupled with proven experience in principal-level program leadership involving multi-site rollouts and governance. Exceptional executive communication skills are required to translate safety into strategic business risk and operational excellence language.
