Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Data Research

What you will be working on You will be part of the team that drives organization’s key research projects to inform strategic planning and formulation or review of key arts and cultural policies. Conduct statistical research and analysis to provide insights to facilitate evidence-based decision-making and formulation of strategies and policies Synthesise research and data from multiple (including international) sources for sense-making and forecasting Assist the team with management of organization’s research studies and surveys, working with and managing consultants and research companies for selected projects Assist the team with organisation of stakeholder engagement sessions and event-planning Assist the team with procurement and payment for goods and services as necessary, including seeking necessary approvals and preparing relevant paperwork What we are looking for A degree in economics, social science, statistics, business, data analytics or related disciplines 1 - 2 years of work experience, fresh graduates may apply Adept at working with numbers and good knowledge of Excel, as well as MS Word and PowerPoint Strong analytical, writing, communication and quantitative skills Critical thinking and ability to see how global and macro-level issues will impact the arts and culture sector in Singapore Ability to engage stakeholders at different levels Able to work independently as well as in a team Prior experience in quantitative or qualitative research, policy and/or statistical analysis would be an advantage Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) would be an advantage Experience in managing or running events (of any scale) would be an advantage
