Deputy Manager, Wealth Operations – Private Bank

A regional private bank is seeking an experienced Private Banking Operations professional to support end-to-end operational activities across a range of wealth management products. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end trade processing, including trade booking, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation and exception management across investment products Process transactions involving bonds, equities, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits and private equity funds Manage corporate actions, including mandatory, voluntary and elective events Perform cash, position and transaction reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and resolve operational breaks Process remittances, deposits and asset transfers Support SWIFT payment processing and release of payment instructions Generate trade advices, account statements and periodic operational reports Work closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to resolve operational issues Participate in UAT, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives Support ad hoc operational projects and reporting as required Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline At least 8 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management Operations within the banking industry Good understanding of investment products and their operational lifecycle Experience in settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations and payment processing Experience with Avaloq will be an advantage Candidates who meet the above requirements are welcome to submit their updated CV for a confidential discussion.
