About this role

📅 Contract Period: 9 Months Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding logistics and prepare new hire assets (laptops, mobile phones, SIM cards, access cards, staff passes, etc.) Coordinate company asset procurement, inventory tracking, and distribution. Assist with basic laptop deployment and user account setup. Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and administrative trackers. Prepare and draft employment letters and other corporate documentation. Support general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects. Assist with internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company events. Coordinate office seating arrangements and workspace readiness. Manage office supplies, printer maintenance, and vendor coordination. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and facilities management. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or Operations Support. Experience in asset management and office administration is an advantage. Comfortable with basic IT setup and account creation. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently with a proactive and positive attitude.
