Details: Ubi area Permanent Position Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and serve as the main point of contact for import and export shipment enquiries. Coordinate with carriers, transport providers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution. Prepare and process shipping, customs, and related documentation accurately and promptly. Monitor shipment progress, provide timely updates, and resolve delivery or service issues. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow up professionally to ensure high service standards. Prepare quotations and support business development opportunities through customer follow-ups. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company policies. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery arrangements where required. Support billing verification, invoicing, and maintain accurate shipment records in the system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline. 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or customer service Good understanding of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs requirements. Experience coordinating with carriers, transport providers, overseas agents, and customers is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with freight management or ERP systems is preferred.
