About this role

Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn outreach. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging prospective clients. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and live demonstrations of EPOS solutions. Understand customers' operational needs and recommend suitable POS hardware and software solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to close sales. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role. Experience selling software, SaaS, payment solutions, or technology products will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with outbound sales activities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
