Retail Sales Associate (Traditional Chinese Medicine)

Job Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service. Recommend suitable TCM products based on customers' needs. Explain product benefits, usage, and promotions. Handle cashiering, payments, and daily sales transactions. Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-organized and fully stocked. Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays. Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and merchandising. Support daily retail operations and achieve sales targets. Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage. Interest or basic knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products is preferred. Training will be provided. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset. Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
