📍 Location: Jurong East 💼 Salary : Up to $3,800/mth Key Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare journal entries, month-end closing schedules, and account reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements. Process staff claims, payments, and supplier invoices promptly and accurately. Prepare GST schedules and support statutory and tax reporting requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and internal stakeholders during audits and reporting exercises. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of finance or accounting experience . Knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
