Senior Finance Executive | Bishan | Up To $4500/Mth

📍 Location: Bishan 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. Prepare month-end and year-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare management reports, balance sheet schedules, and supporting documentation. Handle GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders during audits and statutory reporting. Review finance processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous process improvements. Support regional finance operations and participate in finance-related projects as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience . Experience handling full set of accounts and month-end closing. Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
